The 2025 EAST Member Meeting took place Wednesday, October 15th, 2025.This meeting included updates from the EAST Director as well as lightning talks, breakout rooms and a panel discussion on upcoming retention commitment renewal dates. The main room updates, lightning talks and panel discussion were recorded.
Lightning Talk topics were:

Panel Members were:
