On Monday, December 16th, Andy Breeding, GreenGlass Product Manager, provided an overview of the recently merged GreenGlass instance. This new combined instance brings together the original collection and retentions data from Cohorts 1 and 2, and is meant to facilitate any updates to the retention model moving forward and subsequent comparative analyses. The combined instance also takes advantage of new GreenGlass functionality, which is also reviewed in the video.
EAST members who have used GreenGlass and have saved queries in their respective instances are advised to download query results by January 10th, 2020. The new combined instance will replace the existing separate ones, and the login page will go directly to the new version.
