We’ve found some EAST retained material that have accompanying media (floppy discs / CD-ROMs). Are we required to keep the media? If the media is missing, should we request reallocation of the material to another library?

While accompanying media may be of academic interest, it is beyond the scope of EAST, and need not be retained. If accompanying media is missing, there is no need to request reallocation.
